I have a strong affection for Chicken Salad Chick. It stands as my preferred dining establishment. I have visited the locations in Goose Creek, Beaufort, and Summerville. Of these, Summerville has presented the most challenges for me. On one occasion, they mistakenly altered my order by omitting the lettuce and tomato, and proceeded to question me as if I were at fault. During my most recent visit, I placed my order but neglected to specify croissant. Rightfully, I paid the extra charge for my desired bread type. However, they still forgot to include the bread. I understand that mistakes can occur, but it is their reaction that makes me feel as though I am to blame. When I requested a bit more broccoli dressing on the side, the staff member in the back questioned my request, stating that she typically adds a sufficient amount. You may wonder why I continue to return despite these issues. I remain optimistic that improvements will be made and that my experience will enhance. As I mentioned, it is my favorite restaurant, and I truly enjoy the food. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from my home. Unfortunately, I will now need to travel further to find both excellent customer service and quality food.
