Larry MarasWhile attempting to polish my gold wedding band, I mistakenly put it on a grinding wheel instead of a polishing wheel. Needless to say, it was destroyed, or so I thought. Part of the ring was actually ground away, leaving a gap in the bottom. I took it to Kim's to see if there was an outside chance it could be saved. Indeed it could, and I picked it up today. They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. Very happy that a priceless memento of our wedding day 32 years ago is back on my finger!

Mike StebbinsWhat a outstanding place. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. I wanted a cross urn and neckless for my beloved dog Milo and they went above and beyond to make it the way I want. Get prices and even better service. They even sealed the cross so it will never open or unscrew. Thank you Kim, Sandy, and the rest of the staff I couldn't be happier. I would give you 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Shiloh NorrisWent into the shop yesterday with my mom, to get my ring resized as my engagement ring was a little too big and also got an appraisal, my mom got an ankle bracelet that needed links taken out. Received a text at 12 pm that is was ready. We’ve been using Kim’s for a long long time and recommend anyone to them !!
