cassey doppelheuerI had a short notice on getting a flyer and 500 copies completed. I had to email the store images I needed. They showed me everything to get the images for my blank canvas flyer. Any and all questions were handled quickly and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The order was finished in the time given actually earlier and cost was even better than I thought. This crew are keepers and I highly recommend customers to use this location!

Kevin PattersonI had received an item from Amazon yesterday and found out that it was the wrong item that I ordered. I needed to return this item and went in my Amazon page and it stated that I had several stores or sites to return this order to. Staples was the closest. So today, I traveled about 9-miles to Staples in the town over from me at about 9:15am. I’ve never had to return an item to Amazon so this is all new to me. I got inside Staples this morning and found where to return my item…yes, there was a long line and only (1)-one, employee working the return counter. This young man was working fast and being very friendly to all customers. Customers in line including myself were amazed and complimenting this young man as he processed all of us expectedly, and interacted with each customer professionally and very politely. I was about number 10 inline and waited less than 10-minutes. He processed me with speed and kindness. I was so pleased with his work ethic that I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager. I got the assistant manager and he graciously took my call. I had nothing but compliments to express how (JOEY), took care of us customers and how polite he was. The assistant store manager is aware of how Joey treats customers with kindness, speed and a work ethic above and beyond. The assistant store manager will let Joey know of my call and let the store manager know to. What a great experience I had today with this employee named (JOEY). Thank you Joey.

Robert CookI had two posters printed for me at STAPLES and I was completely happy with the quality of the posters, the speed with which they were prepared and ready for pickup, and for the courteous help from the young woman who helped me. I'll use STAPLES for any such similar services in the future.
