First off, my reservation was canceled without my knowledge. I booked on the app using a card that was saved with intentions of providing my card at check in. I received several emails indicating that my room was canceled but when I checked the app it showed that it was still active. I called the hotel to confirm and was then told my room was canceled due to the card. But no one called to inquire if there was another card that I wanted to use. I've never had this issue with other hotel brands. So I had to rebook at of course the higher rate. Next, the room for the most part was clean but we started noticing what appeared to be ants crawling on the walls and ceiling which then dropped on to the beds. I've stayed here before but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth

Ms. Joyce at the front desk was by far the highlight of my stay. We woke up the first day to find ants coming in through the air conditioner. Ms. Joyce was right one it having maintenance come spray and moved us to another room. The rooms were fine for the price.

This hotel is a fooler. It looks really nice but has some issues. The room was clean but bed was too high for anyone under 5'. Wife had to sleep on the not so clean couch. No extra blankets in the room. Shower head was also too high. Very loud with a party going on next door into the wee hours of the morning. Breakfast was just fair. Location was good for us.

At the perfect spot in Sunmerville, pool is small but clean and kept up. Even has a handicapped swimming device to enjoy the water even if your wheel chair bound!. Don't see that much. Free breakfast and hassle free check in.

I was in town for my son's graduation and decided to stay at this location. Didn't have many complaints at all. No frills and was affordable which is all I needed for the few days while in town.

Joyce is an absolute legend. We had such a bad experience with another hotel and at midnight this angel came to our rescue and saved our trip. She helped us complete our mission the room was amazing, clean and comfortable. We will never stay anywhere but choice hotels because of her dedication and commitment to customer service. We cannot thank her enough and I genuinely hope this review reaches her boss because they need to double her salary and put her in charge of customer relations or something she genuinely cares and we love her.
