Roberto RuizI am incredibly frustrated with my experience at this hotel after staying in room 308 on Thursday night (8/6/26). I checked out Friday morning to catch a flight and realized later that day that I had accidentally left my gold wedding ring in the bathroom.I immediately called the front desk to report it. The employee who answered told me she would check and call me back right away. I never received a call. I called a second time, and a different employee answered. After explaining the situation again, she told me that nothing had been reported by staff, but she promised to personally go up to the room and check for me. Once again, nobody ever called me back.Because of the complete lack of communication and accountability from the staff, I am forced to assume that housekeeping found my ring and stole it. To ignore a guest who lost a high-value, sentimental item like a wedding ring is unacceptable. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid this place if you value your belongings or expect any kind of professional support.

Rebekah RomeroThis hotel needs a remodel. We stayed here for work so I didn't get to pick. The shower pressure was non existent. It was hard to wash off. The AC unit sounded like an airplane taking off. The sheets and towels need updating as well. But the staff was friendly.
