K JWe stayed for 9 days. The experience was good. Rooms were clean and very nice except for our carpet in the room had a lot of stains and could be replaced. I will say the room walls are not very soundproof as we could hear a lot of stomping, but overall noise between the rooms top and bottom side side were not bad. Overall, the hotel was in very good condition. The outside landscaping could use some attention as it appears to be dated and could use a refreshing. The service was top-notch and everyone was friendly. We really enjoyed the dinner socials they provided and the breakfast they had was great every single day. Every day was something a little bit different more variety and the attendance of the kids were right on top of everything cleaning and making sure food was topped off. The food was very delicious. Great coffee options and soda during meals. The pool was nice and the workout room was excellent. I really liked how hotel guests have free access to the laundry machines. Overall, it was a great stay I would recommend it.

Taylor CerveniakOur suite was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Front desk staff were all so polite and friendly. Trey was so great. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything was yummy! I will definitely stay at Staybridge again!

Kimbo336We stayed 3 days. Our room was on the first floor and was an accessible room (which we didn’t ask for). Our toilet stopped flushing at least twice. The front desk gentleman fixed it once but never followed up to make sure the problem was resolved. Our bathroom door didnt latch and the tub was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The cushions on the couch were ripped and torn and the bed was not the most comfortable thing in the world. Also the in room AC did not work. Had it set at 70–never got below 75. And it was 95+ outside and we wanted to be cool after being outside enjoying our vacation. Also—don’t ask the front desk for more towels if you have a larger family. They seemed put out when I asked for more towels for our family of 5. The breakfast man was not very kind or friendly. Food was ok. Lukewarm at best. Our kids did like the yogurt bar! Needless to say, next time we come to the area, we will find another accommodation.

This was absolutely the best hotel stay we have ever had.||The room was beautifully appointed; the kitchenette was modern and functional. And everything was sparkling clean. We were comfortable with the way the HVAC unit worked the way it should, the bed was plush, and the soundproofing was excellent! Maybe because people spend lots of time in this place, it’s set up for living.||The people were fantastic from start to finish. We were assisted with anything we asked about, and everyone seemed pleased to be there.||I can’t reiterate enough: this was the best hotel stay we’ve ever had—and we have had thousands of nights in hotels across this country. I’d almost be willing to drive back there just to stay in this hotel!
