Jim WRooms and service were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Ms. Barbara in the breakfast area was a complete joy and a ray of sunshine every morning we were there. The front desk staff was also friendly and easy to deal with. A word of caution is in order in the area as we did notice several closed businesses nearby while walking our dog and others being renovated. There is a substantial homeless population in the area and they do wander about the area. We did not encounter any on the hotel property but in the immediate area around the hotel they are present. It wasn't an issue for us but be aware. The hotel is pet friendly for a fee, service animals are free. Overall a good stay and good hotel. Good place to stay in Summerville. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Summerville area.

TeacherswithfamilyWe have stayed at Hampton Inns in several cities, and we found this one to be as clean or cleaner than any Hampton in which we have stayed. We enjoyed the fitness room which had more equipment than some hotels. The king bed, pillows, and comforter were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The flooring in the bathroom was so clean that I thought it was new. When I mentioned that to the front desk staff, I learned that the flooring was 10 years old and would be replaced soon! I also learned that the person who cleaned that room has been working there over 30 years, and one of the front desk clerks has been there over 20 years. That says a lot about the management of this hotel as well as the pride the employees take in doing a great job. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone visiting the Summerville area.

JulieAbsolutely enjoyed our stay. Rooms were exceptionally clean. We ran into Barbara (#1) at housekeeping and she was sooo kind and asked about our stay. The breakfast was delicious. My four year old son wakes up super early so we were down by 5am having coffee/hot cocoa. The ladies who prepared breakfast opened it early so we could eat and they had already had everything prepared. They were also attentive to our needs. Everyone we ran into were kind and professional. We will be returning in a few months and plan on staying at the hotel again.

Mollee RichardsonWe had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn! The hotel was very clean, pet friendly, and the entire staff truly cared about every guest who came through the doors. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. A special shoutout to Shawn at the front desk — he was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. He took the time to have genuine conversations with us and you can tell he truly cares about both the guests and the animals that come in. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that comfortable and appreciated while traveling. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and genuinely caring environment!
