Sandra WMassage Envy to the rescue! I was visiting the Summerville area from New Jersey and decided to get a massage instead of going shopping—great decision. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. My massage specialist Mr. Mike was top tier: very professional, explained everything he was doing, and gave me helpful stretching tips for home and the office. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely book with him again when I return later this summer.

Haley BrownNot sure what the bad reviews are about. Its not fancy like the Four Seasons experience, but its Summerville. 90 min massage with Rowan and I was so relaxed when I left I needed a minute before I could drive. I will be back.

Heather DadeI have gone to Massage Envy for years and have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard as I was today. After reading the fantastic reviews for Marci, I was excited to come in for my appointment with her to see if she could work out the tension in my neck and shoulders that causes migraines. I wonder if her reviews were padded by her friends and family because the service I got did not match with what I had read. I had to tell her five times that the pressure she was using was too hard, that it hurt, and after the fifth time she dug in even harder. Before the appointment even began, I explained about the tension in my neck and shoulders, the fact that I get migraines and asked that she primarily focused on those areas. She treated those areas like a rushed afterthought. This entire experience is making me second-guess having my membership with Massage Envy. I should rate this one star, but I gave it three because my other experiences have been good. This one was just really really really bad
