Jackie HollowayI stay at the Courtyard in Summerville frequently for work, and it has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town. During my most recent stay, I discovered that both the air conditioner and refrigerator in my room weren't working. I let the front desk know, and David immediately jumped into action. He didn't just offer a temporary fix—he personally made sure both the AC unit and refrigerator were replaced so everything was working properly. That level of service is hard to find. I also have to recognize Eric. Last June, I was staying here when I received the unexpected news that my mom had passed away. I had checked in the day before, and Eric showed such genuine compassion and kindness during one of the hardest moments of my life. His care and empathy meant more than he'll probably ever know. It's easy to find a hotel with comfortable rooms, but it's rare to find people who truly care about their guests. David and Eric are wonderful examples of what exceptional hospitality looks like. Their willingness to go above and beyond is exactly why I will continue staying at the Courtyard Summerville every time I'm in town. Thank you for consistently making your guests feel valued.

Zac CristThey have adjoining rooms so unless you have family staying next door, it is kinda weird you can hear people's conversations... sleep with the TV on. Plus, you can hear every motorcycle and loud vehicle going by throughout the night.
