Heath CaldwellViva Chicken was a home run. I had the half chicken, sweet potato fries, and fruit. It was fresh, healthy, and packed with flavor. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the experience even better. Great pick for fast, casual, and health conscious! 10/10.

Yvonne MurrayVivia Chicken Restaurant in Summerville, SC, under the management of Jewel, provides excellent customer service. We recently had a problem with the chicken we purchased, so I called to explain the situation. Jewel listened carefully and immediately offered to correct the problem. From our conversation, I could tell that customer satisfaction is very important to her. She was attentive, understanding, and willing to make things right. Thank you, Jewel, for taking the time to listen and for making sure your customers are satisfied. That kind of service is greatly appreciated! When in the area, we will be visiting your restaurant again. Yvonne
