I'm on a mission to find the best Breakfast and Brunch options in the Summerville area so here is another review!! I ordered take out on a Tuesday morning: The Toasted Codonut Latte (I think this is a special item, not part of the regular menu) and "THE Viscious Biscuit - with the 'cowboy candy' or jalapenos on the side. The young ladies at the front were SO NICE and greeted me promptly, giving me my order immediately and with a bubbly, positive attitude. I had napkins and utensils in the bag and everything was packaged neatly. I really wanted to love this order! The drink was like a 3.5/5 - decent. I love coconut and there were plenty of coconut flakes to chew on after the drink was gone. Wouldn't order it again though but it was what you would expect, nothing above and beyond. Honestly the biscuit sandwich was kind of mid. The chicken did not have flavor and wasn't really crispy. There were also 3 times were I found myself chewing on an unidentifiable chicken part that couldn't be properly chewed - I spat those out. THREE times. The sausage gravy didn't really have flavor. I ordered the cowboy candy on the side - this was sweet jalapenos. I'm more of a pickled jalapeno girly, can't tolerate too much heat, and these were the full on spicy deal - I couldn't eat them. Maybe this is where most of the sandwich's flavor comes from but I feel each element should be tasty on their own as well. The biscuit was the best part - but even that was a little too chewy at times. Overall, I didn't really like it but it wasn't nasty either. 2/5.
Jun 30, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat breakfast spot! I know understand why the line is so long on the weekends. We went today and it was pretty quick. I had the bowl with grits, eggs, and crumbled bacon...with pimento cheese. Everywhere that I've had pimento is a very different taste and maybe texture. This maybe the best I've had. It was tangy, had a slight bit of heat. The best breakfast idea ever! I didn't get a picture of the food but here is the empty bowl.
Jul 6, 2026 · Google ReviewWe actually went on Easter morning after church. There amazingly wasn't a long line and we found a seat easily. They have fresh squeezed orange juice, you can actually watch the juicer while you're in line. Literally the best orange juice I've ever had. It was $6, but it was literally fresh from the oranges. They had a limited time blueberry biscuit, so I got that with egg, cheese, and chicken sausage. It was a delicious breakfast biscuit, everything had good flavor and texture and wasn't super greasy. My fiance got one of their chicken biscuits and said it was really really good. The staff was friendly and, although busy, very attentive. We will definitely be back!
Apr 8, 2026 · Google ReviewFirst time here. Staff super friendly!! Food was really good!! Had sweet potato hush puppies with cream cheese sauce very good, fried green tomatoes a little over cooked but good, jalapeno vicious biscuit with fried chicken, pimento cheese (minus the pimento) and the jalapeno biscuit and fried jalapeno were not spicy at all (disappointed not spicy). Fatboy biscuit was good it has fried chicken huge amount of pimento cheese (missing the pimento)and hit honey drizzle. Coffee was good, but when you went to get water it came out hot and melted your ice.
Jun 17, 2026 · Google ReviewThe boyfriend and I stopped in here on a Wednesday morning right before 9 o'clock. There were about a dozen patrons seated throughout the dining room, and we walked straight up to the counter and placed our order. This was our first time at a Vicious Biscuit restaurant and the menu was a bit overwhelming. I ordered the Hen Solo and the boyfriend ordered the Silence of the Hams. I had water with lemon, which was self-serve and the boyfriend got a Coke 0, which was served in a 20 oz bottle and he was given a cup to get ice. $29.87. We were given a placard with a number on it and it was a seat.Yourself restaurant and the placard went in the cardholder on the table. Approximately ten minutes later are food was brought out to us. I have to say the biscuits were huge, fresh and piled high. I had an entire chicken breast sandwiched inside my biscuit, which I only ended up eating the top half of the biscuit with the chicken. I had thoughts of going to the jelly bar with the other half of biscuit but I was full. The food was flavorful and plentiful. A titch pricey but exceptional quality ....worth the price.
