Edwin BonetHoliday Inn checks off the important tick marks. Rooms are VERY clean. Room service was very detailed. Hot breakfast sets them apart from many others in the vicinity. The shower heads need attention. The devil is in the detail, the last detail of the day is washing the day off you to put that day to bed. Clogged shower heads are a disappointment to that end of day ritual we all look forward to. Holiday, you would do well to finish the day as strongly as you start. Thank you for a pleasant stay I'm looking forward to my next stay being great. You can do it! 💪

MichaelUpon check in we discovered that there were crumbs and debris on the floor of our room. After going to the front desk asking if there was a vacuum I could use, the person at the desk informed me that there was no cleaners on site at this time and that the vacuums were locked up. Thankfully he was able to get us into a different room that did not have these issues. The gym was pretty basic with some dumbbells going up to 50lb and some treadmill and elliptical machines. The breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal it was all great and the staff kept it well stocked. Very satisfied with my stay. The street in this area gets extremely busy, it would probably be best if you stayed on the same side of the highway as whatever business brought you to the area.

Miss SherriVery pleased with this location of Holiday Inn Express. It was previously located about 2 miles away where the other hotels nearby weren't of same quality level as what holiday inn guests experience. Now this location (which was constructed new approx 5-7years ago?) Is in excellent area. Upon entering hotel you'll be greeted by both a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Also the hotel decor changes with a lot of work by hotel staff to ensure the hotel is suited to the specific season/holiday. The rooms are clean and the beds are OH SO SUPER comfortable with lots of pillows. The housekeeping staff ensures they are readily avail if you need any extra towels or other items. The hotel also offers a gregarious (huge) breakfast buffet that includes both cold(cereal &fruits) and hot (grits,sausage biscuits & gravy etc.) for hotel guests to enjoy at the tables in the huge lobby area or to instead take back to their room. Overall this particular holiday inn express hotel is Def the best choice Imo in the summerville area. You'll enjoy your stay especially if staying long enough to get to know the staff. They really are the icing on there cake making you feel welcome regardless when and where you're inside the hotel. It's 4story w elevator and has a pool thats open during seasonal warm late spring- summer months Thank you to all of the staff for making my stay enjoyable and relaxing!
