JCI had a great experience with Wilson’s Carpet Plus and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring! Dawson Wilson helped me throughout the entire process of choosing flooring for my new home. With so many options, it was definitely a challenge to narrow it down, but Dawson was patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He even brought flooring samples out to my house so I could see how they looked with my lighting before making my final decision. They also helped me choose and install tile for my bathroom floors. The installation process had a few unexpected challenges. Once we got started, we discovered that the floors in my new home needed to be leveled before the new flooring could be installed properly. Instead of just moving forward and potentially causing me much bigger and more expensive problems down the road, they took the time to make sure the floors were leveled correctly so the final result would be done right. Dawson was wonderful throughout the entire process—always attentive, responsive, and focused on making sure I was happy. Luis, the installer, also did a fantastic job! His attention to detail and workmanship really showed in the finished product. I absolutely love how my floors turned out. I would highly recommend Wilson’s Carpet Plus—not only for beautiful flooring, but also for their customer service, quality workmanship, and commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you Dawson, Luis, and the entire team for helping make my new home beautiful!

Ellen FI had a great experience with Wilson’s carpet on my new LVP installation. I had my stairs and my entire second floor done. Dawson was my salesman and he was so professional and quick to respond to my (many) questions. I obtained 3 quotes and they had competitive pricing but were also the fastest to respond, which is why I ultimately went with them. Luis and his crew did an amazing job with the installation and I had zero issues or fixes needed. I couldn’t be happier!

Barbara ThomasVery happy I chose Wilson’s to replace wall to wall carpeting with LVP. Louis is very knowledgeable concerning their inventory and pricing. I brought samples home, scheduled an appointment with Louis for measuring the space. The installers did a fantastic job. Love my new floor!
