JANMICHAEL MOISAMy car has an exhaust leak. Came in no appt, Andy was working on a car but was quick to greet me and tend to me. Had a couple customers already getting work done but was quick to get my car in. Great pricing, super quick and friendly service. Extremely happy with the work.

Sam ParentThe people were super friendly. They explained and showed me what was wrong with my exhaust and what they needed to do to repair it and cost of that repair. They had parts on hand and were able to make the repair right away. They showed me where they made the repair when they were finished. They pulled car out and had ac running while they cleared the check engine light so car was a comfy temp when we got into it. I also went with 2 young kids and they were able to hang out in the waiting room and they even gave them hotwheels to play with. I cannot recommend them enough. Great customer service, great prices and great work.

Ginger KleinAbsolutely a positive experience bringing my vehicle here. Both gentlemen were kind, patient and friendly. I had to return a few days after my initial appointment (I needed a part) and they got me fixed and assured me of other things on my vehicle. I’m relieved and the repair didn’t break the bank. Joe SheppardAndy was great with communication and explaining what he needed to do. I highly recommend them. Dropped my Charger off for exhaust work and it was ready the next day. Again I highly recommend them! I will be going back for future repairs if needed!

360 Window Tint LLC.We have been to 4 different muffler shops to get the exhaust fixed on a Lowrider car that has 3” of ground clearance! One place told us first come first serve but get there and they was busy. So I called University Muffler and they was able to get us in that day and I asked them if the car being this low to the ground was an issue, the guy we talked to said no, we have ramps to get it on the lift! So we dropped the car off and I got a call 2 hours later saying the car was done! This shop will now be my go to shop for exhaust work!! Top notch customer service and he said if we have any problems to come back and he will check it! If you have a Lowrider vehicle or need exhaust work done I definitely recommend University Muffler!

IsaiahI drive a lowered dodge charger and I wanted to get my muffler taken off and replace them with resonators that I bought, and most places around the charleston area took one look at the car and said they couldn't do it. But when I came here they tested to make sure they could fit my car on there lift which was a success. The guys there were very friendly and honest. And it didn't take long for them to complete the work. They made my car sound amazing with fair prices and I would definitely be recommending them to people that are having a hard time finding a shop to work on there low riders 10/10 shop will definitely be back for any future work 🔥🔥
