Danielle CastoOk so the rooms are just fine really for the price it's not bad and the location is excellent especially if you are working in the area or the Summerville area either one. Traffic really isn't bad into Summerville In the morning I love that. And as far as noise best way I say it is for the most part it's quite there. I just kept to myself haven't had any problems

Jacey ColwellGreat customer service, clean rooms. Great location, great price. I’m just disappointed I can't have my emotional support/ service dog here the person in the office said I would could never leave my dog in the room alone which will make it difficult for me when I need to handle something important or don’t have the room in my car to take her with me due to my family also needing to ride. I don’t think that’s it’s fair due to the heat and the cost of gas prices i deserve to be comfortable where I’m paying to stay long term and calling this my temporary home. My dog is very friendly and sweet barely barks it’s only putting me in a panic adding more stress on my plate management needs to do something about this I can’t afford to relocate and depend on this hotel which makes me very upset. During check in the person in the office made it very clear someone will be stopping by in the next 2 weeks to invade people’s privacy by going in there rooms that’s very weird to me because she refused to say what they would be checking for I really hope they knock a few times before entering and I hope they knock really loud. Guest need to be notified at least 24 hrs before they arrive for privacy reasons.

Roxanne ReeceI've been Staying there for about 8 months now I have to say I love it. Eve is super nice. Works with you. I work overnight so I sleep in the day. The housekeeping is really respectful about it. The maintenance people are super nice. I've never had issues with anyone, No Bugs, No little creatures and no big issues. It's relatively quiet as well. I recommend top floor stays. Unfortunately some people still smoke in their rooms, when it's not allowed and it come thru the bathroom vents. I don't hold management responsible for that, Unfortunately that's just something you have to deal with. Nothing little plug in can't fix. Super friendly staff, really good rates that lock in. If your staying for awhile I suggest you do it on a monthly basis. It's just cheaper.

Arielle KThe rooms are decent but not you will need to do your own cleaning if you want it fresh and truly sanitized. Lots of weed smoking done throughout the day and night and the smell comes into your room. Management goes into your room when you aren't there so if your there for a while just expect it to happen. The hotel is run like a housing project but it is way to expensive for what it's worth. $400 to $500 per week if you don't reserve your room online. Taxes do get waived if you stay longer than a 1month which lowers the weekly cost. No credit check. Eve in the office is very nice and will try to help were she can. The neighbors are nice and the children we met were sweet. Many people are there because they are financially struggling to get back on their feet and most are good people trying to make it. This is not a hotel for people who need a room for the weekend or the night, you will be disappointed if you think that. If you do need to stay here, keep your room clean, mind your business, save your money, and pay your weekly amount on time and you'll be just fine.

LatrellThe front desk staff is great especially Eve. She's wonderful. Rooms could be better. I've been waiting almost 3 months for things in my room to be fixed. Other than that my time here has been pleasant.
