SerenaOutstanding service from start to finish! After Toyota Service told me they would “call me back” about repairing my tire, I decided to go to Midas instead—and I’m so glad I did. Chandler, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of right away. Adley, the technician, repaired my tire quickly and did an excellent job. They both made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a team that values your time and delivers great customer service. CiaraChandler needs a huge raise or something. If I can she gets 15 stars for her exceptional customer service and honestly with what’s going on with my car. She was very nice and I might have just become in love with this location because of her. And the other gentleman beside her as well was very helpful with handing me a bottle of water. They take care of the customers and environment is very peaceful. I love It here ✨

John FudalaI called ahead and they gave me a quote./Setting my expectations. They quoted me $34. I asked that was gonna be the total and they assured me. It turned out to be $48.48. With labor. But that’s not bad. they checked many other things with my vehicle. And let me know. I would need new brake shoes soon. That was a good thing. Overall, I’m very happy with the price. And service.I’d give them five stars, but they were off on my quote over the phone.
