Henry DiazI stayed at the hotel for a week, and the staff's service was excellent. I arrived at 1:00 a.m., and a young woman named Elly welcomed me with great kindness and a smile. Interestingly, she was the same person who took back my keys when I left, and she maintained that same smile the whole time ☺️....Estuve hospedado una semana en el hotel y la atención del personal fue excelente. Llegué a la 1:00 a. m. y la joven, llamada Elly, me recibió con una gran amabilidad y una sonrisa. Lo curioso es que fue la misma persona que me recibió las llaves al marcharme, y siempre mantuvo esa misma sonrisa ☺️».

Brittney TateI didn’t like that although check in is at 3, I arrived Saturday at 2:30 PM and I was told that there wasn’t a clean room for me and they were still cleaning. I find it absolutely hard to believe that in 30 minutes all these rooms are magically now ready and available. I’m an avid traveler and I travel at least once a month and this is my first experience with not getting an early checkin—especially so close to check in time. Breakfast was good. Room was large and spacious and that I loved. 12 pm checkout is a nice perk but I left well before then. Staff was friendly. Not getting early checkin 30 mins prior to my checkin time really put a bad stain on this property for me. I even checked the booking website on Friday night to see if they still had the room available that I booked (once again I’m an avid traveler) and it was available for Friday stay so how could there possibly not been a room available when i could’ve booked that same room to stay in on Friday night? Had my checkin been honored, I would’ve given 4 stars. I would not stay here again

Tracey NewtonI had a wonderful two day stay at the Holiday Inn! I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very nice. I especially want to recognize Sarah Alleyne for her outstanding customer service. I asked if I could print something for a speech I was giving, and without hesitation, she allowed me to email it to her. She even offered to help put it into a better document and asked if I wanted it stapled. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was incredibly helpful and truly appreciated. What impressed me even more was the next morning. As I was checking out, Sarah happened to walk by and asked me how my speech went. The fact that she remembered really stood out to me. That kind of genuine care and attention is exactly what great customer service is all about. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sarah, for making my experience even better!

JP GavastoRoom was clean, there were plenty of towels, and the staff was really nice and helpful. There's also a free continental breakfast that is surprisingly well laid out; again by an incredibly nice woman who was also very helpful. I look over hotel rooms very thoroughly as soon as I get in. There was nothing between the mattress and boxspring, nothing in the drawers. The shower was impeccably clean. I've been to some real fleabag crap motels and hotels, but every Holiday Inn has been the exact opposite, including this location. It's very reasonably priced as well, if your are a rewards member, which I highly recommend.

Ben EversonEarliest pool closing of any hotel we’ve been to. Booked the hotel specifically to have some nice relaxing evening swims so don’t count on that. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.
