J Marie ChandlerI moved in Otranto Acres the first week of June 2017. The park is very quiet and the residents I have met are friendly and courteous. There all range age of individuals and families. The children I have encountered are well behaved and courteous as well. I feel safe here and the location of the park is great. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping areas, restaurants and Northwoods Mall. The manager/owner is friendly and always available. Great place to live!

Pastor Jay RandolphThis is a high class mobile community with quality homes and well maintained property. Bob Peebles is the owner and he takes pride in his property and strictly enforces the rules making it a great place for the family. It is a gated Mobile Community and everyone owns their home. It's a quiet, serene place and the community works together to keep it that way.to call home. 5:30 Thursday Bible Study and 3 pm Sunday worship are at Lot 1

Nick TurriWell respected gated mobile home community. Very clean and kept after maintenance. The community of neighbors all look out for one another and respect each other. The owner of the park is very personable and takes pride in making sure Otranto Acres is a safe place to live in this low crime community.
