I just replaced my Corian countertops and sink that Palmetto Surfacing put in my home years ago. They did a fantastic job, not only getting my countertops in the vacuuming along the way and not leaving a mess. We just replaced a two-sink vanity as part of a total bathroom remodel. From start to finish Palmetto Surfacing was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Emily our salesperson was excellent. We were provided with an excellent timely detailed budget quote and took samples home. Emily was also cheerfully patient with the back and forth on Quartz selection. The guys who did the layout and installation were beyond what I was expecting. The were friendly, had time for questions, on time (very important) or early and competent. All did a great job which we appreciate. All in all Palmetto Surfacing exceeded our expectations!

Recently, I had countertops replaced by Palmetto Surfacing. I didn't know what i was looking for and just stopped in their office, without an appointment. Heather Marsh took the time to talk to me and walk me through the choices, explaining the whole process. We set everything up and her brother in law Matt Marsh came a few days later to do the tear out and laser measurements. Two days later, the installation crew came in and got everything put in. I am very leary of hiring people to do work for me, but this was fantastic experience. The job went flawlessly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Palmetto Surfacing to anyone looking to update their countertops. Thank you Heather and Matt!!!! Greatly appreciate your help!!!!

Highly recommend the staff at Palmetto surfacing! From start to finish the entire staff was helpful and quick to follow up with any questions or concerns. Our project was particularly challenging as we are a third story condo downtown. They handled the street permit and arranged the necessary crane to transfer our very large kitchen counter tops thru balcony doors. While other companies shied away from our project, Palmetto Surfacing jumped in with a positive, can-do attitude. We are very grateful to all of them for a job well done.

I was extremely impressed with Palmetto Surfacing's performance on a recent project. There were a few complicated appliance challenges and the planning/engineering team showed their expertise by identifying these issues early on and developing great solutions to move forward. There were also a few minor post install items that required a come back trip and the team took care of that very quickly. I really also liked that the install team covered everything with plastic and took photos before they left. I have never seen plastic done before. Nice touch! Finally, I thought that the estimating format and the way that it showed backsplash and edge type was efficient. Ok, two other things! We added a fireplace surround and hearth at the time of field measurements. This was very helpful for me as this part of the project was lagging behind and I was glad that it did not require another trip for field measurement. Finally (really this time), the filed measurement technician was very knowledgeable. His past experience as a fabricator (and a New England plumber) led to some helpful discussion regarding other aspects of the project. I will use Palmetto Surfacing on every project I build moving forward!!!
