Devin CobbI recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Charleston North Charleston for three nights. While the property itself is comfortable and in a convenient location, I did experience an issue with housekeeping during my stay. Despite requesting service both with the housekeeper and at the front desk, my room was never cleaned over the course of the stay. On the last night, I brought the issue to the front desk and spoke with Aniya, who was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. She acknowledged the inconvenience and offered a 50% discount for one of the nights, which I appreciated. Her customer service was excellent and she handled the situation as best she could. However, I do feel this was a significant inconvenience that could have been avoided with better follow-through from the staff earlier in the stay. I hope the hotel reviews its communication and housekeeping processes moving forward. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the team member I spoke with was great, but there is room for improvement in service consistency.

James WoodyI travel over 300 days a year and stay in Marriotts all over the country. Charleston is where my home office is so I am there often. The location, the service, the rooms, all nothing short of great. The Assistant General Manager, Meagan, is the best! She’s engaging, polite and makes you feel like family. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Lynette! 🙂🙂 I have stayed at every Marriott in and around the Charleston area. This one has become my home. Great work!
