JewelDespite previous reviews mentioning that this store doesn’t open on time, the issue hasn’t been resolved. I came to return a few online orders on 11/3, expecting the store to open at 12:00 p.m. The surrounding stores opened their doors right at 12 or even a few minutes before. However, the two employees at Rainbow were chatting at the cash register and looking directly at myself and another customer waiting outside. It was only after 12 p.m. that they finally opened the doors. The lack of time management and professionalism at this location is disappointing and clearly needs immediate attention
