Today around 4:00 PM, I went to Rainbow looking for an outfit for New Year’s festivities. The first red flag was that the dressing room was closed. Anyone who shops here knows Rainbow’s sizing is inconsistent — a medium can fit like a small, a large can fit like a medium, etc. Not being able to try things on already made me hesitant to buy pants. About 15 minutes later, while I was still shopping, they started closing the gate and had security guarding the doors. I asked an employee if they were closing, and she told me they close an hour before the mall closes. The mall was closing at 7, so I assumed they were closing at 6. There were no signs posted saying they close early. Around 4:20–4:25 PM, I was rushed to the register to pay. After checking out, I immediately ran to the nearest store to use a dressing room, and of course, the pants did not fit at all. I rushed back to Rainbow thinking I still had time, only to be told they actually closed at 4:30 PM. That made no sense, especially after being told something completely different earlier. I begged to swap sizes, and an employee allowed it. I checked for larger size and didn’t have it in the color I had so I grabbed a different color instead — but when I went to the register, the manager said the register was already closed and they couldn’t process the return or exchange because they was different colors. That made the situation even more frustrating because if the register was closed, how was I allowed to swap pants in the first place? Now I’m stuck returning everything tomorrow, and I honestly don’t plan on shopping at this location again unless changes are made. Having the dressing room closed all the time while selling clothes with inconsistent sizing is ridiculous. On top of that, closing early with no clear signage and giving customers conflicting information is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Despite previous reviews mentioning that this store doesn’t open on time, the issue hasn’t been resolved. I came to return a few online orders on 11/3, expecting the store to open at 12:00 p.m. The surrounding stores opened their doors right at 12 or even a few minutes before. However, the two employees at Rainbow were chatting at the cash register and looking directly at myself and another customer waiting outside. It was only after 12 p.m. that they finally opened the doors. The lack of time management and professionalism at this location is disappointing and clearly needs immediate attention
