Great location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, even my picky eaters found something they liked! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot is well lit with plenty of spaces. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

As others have said, the hotel charges $14 per night for parking. There is no basis for this as there are plenty of spots and nothing else is close. I can only guess the parking fee a deterrent for transient or homeless people who are looking for a place to park as the neighborhood seems unseemly. Having a room key controlled gate would be more appropriate than adding a ~10% surcharge on the room. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Stayed here for a tournament and was happy that the staff honored my room request. They were also accommodating when I asked housekeeping to refill all the product bottles in the room as well. The location is in a busy area with several hotels, shopping and restaurants close by. The room was clean but you can really hear the traffic and noise from outside the hotel and inside from the hallway. Bring a white noise machine! The hot breakfast was very good and the attendant was 100% on it; refilling and cleaning the breakfast space.

Meghan greeted us with a warm smile. She made sure the disability room that we need was right for us. Kendra in food service kept everything replenished and clean. Loved the seasoned grits.
