Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. Very nice hot breakfast and freshly ground coffee all day long. I will definitely stay at this place again.

We stayed here as part of a road trip, based mainly on previous reviews which I think now were maybe too generous in their scoring The hotel was fine -but just average. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were very clean with beds & pillows comfortable The free parking was a necessity for us but the hotel although convenient to reach Charlestown was slightly further out than we anticipated. Breakfast was average & repetitive with no change over 3 mornings, & was very busy in Sunday morning so much so that several items of food ran out & weren’t replaced . I didn’t like the idea of eating cereal out of paper bowls with a plastic spoon and was very unhappy about the amount of disposable table ware & cutlery used& nothing appeared to be recycled . Also- every item in the bakery cabinet was wrapped in a ridiculous amount of cling film. Surely this was totally unnecessary when there were tongs available. I appreciated the coffee machine available all day and the pool area looked very tempting / clean. Staff were Al pleasant & helpful.

Rooms were great! Except when the smoke alarm in our room/all the rooms went off at 5 AM, 6 AM, and 6:15 AM. Happened the second night, not the first.

Everything was wonderful, even the TV not working. It made me go to sleep earlier than I would have. 😂😂. Staff was awesome.

The hotel is clean and the attendants at the front desk were pleasant. There are a few restaurants close by and it is right next to the Northwoods Mall. I went as a solo traveler and felt pretty safe at the hotel, but I did not venture out at night.

Picking this hotel for whatever occasion will make you feel like you have picked an award winner. Every thing was worth the money. I’m a big fan on cleanliness’s and the moment I walked in I knew I picked the right place.

I can not express how amazing the service was. If I am to ever go back to that area this will be my choice. It was also close to everywhere I needed to go. A plus was there is a seafood restaurant and bar within walking distance.
