CRAWFFORD JAMESONI am curious as to why this hotel has not been awarded a 5-star rating. Erika provided exceptional service as our hostess. Her professionalism was exemplary, and her dedication ensured that my family and I felt completely at home during our initial stay, particularly during my niece's Master's Degree Graduation. While I cannot recall the names of the other two front desk associates, their customer service was equally outstanding. The cafe staff also provided excellent service, offering a valuable tip for preparing a delicious waffle with the waffle maker. We experienced a minor issue with the television in our room, which was promptly resolved by the maintenance team. I eagerly anticipate our next stay at this establishment.
