Using this company for years. The only reason I won't give this company a higher review is due to bad business practices. If a client is requesting an appointment for an issue and you don't have a time or date available and say I'm going to put you on a list and someone will follow up with you. You don't just randomly show up and perform treatment without consent and not giving someone a quote. They always call me in the past before they showed up. Looked at what needed to be treated. Gave me a quote. Asked me if I wanted to continue. I completely understand if the technician had a lot on his plate and just wanted to get through a list that would be an employee issue. I called the company to give this feedback because I just randomly got a bill in the mail And everyone acted like "oh yeah that's what we normally do. " Requested a call back from a manager, owner who could waive the bill because I've already received treatment for the issue. Never got the call back and just decided to pay the bill. Outside of this everyone is polite they always taken care of pest issues for me. This experience really just made me upset at myself for trusting people.
