Casey CochraneWe had been thinking about a car with better gas mileage and stopped in at Burns Honda on our way to Florida. Decided to take a second and browse. We met the team at Burns Honda and especially our salesman Vince. All my years of buying vehicles, he is the best. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. He showed a version of the Honda Pilot I did not know about. We loved it. Will be part of our family for years to come. From a brief break on a long trip to pulling off the lot in a new vehicle. Definitely was an unexpected great surprise. We were treated as part of the family and meant so much. Coming from Charlotte area, never had this experience. Make the drive to Burns Honda, it’ll be worth it.

From the moment I got there he immediately let my boyfriend & I test drive the car by ourselves and play around with it prior to getting into the purchase which I appreciated. I also had problems with my financials and he was very understanding throughout the whole process. He let me take the car for an extended test drive & then come back to complete the purchase. Harold was very patient with me for my first purchase.

Lisa BuggsFirstly the service was exceptional over the phone and in person. Vince and Mike assisted me in getting my new car, Ms.Foxy. I drove from GA to do business with them and I do not regret it. Any questions I had they were more than happy to assist just overall great salesman. This was my first time purchasing a car and I’ve always heard negative experiences about dealerships how the whole exchange can be overwhelming but my experience was the complete opposite. There weren’t any hidden fees or extra add-ons secretly put on to the price that most people would expect from dealerships, everything was straightforward and transparent. They even followed up with me after the sale and asked if there was anything else they could assist me with. If there’s any dealership I recommend it’s Burns Honda in Orangeburg SC!
