shannon mcferrinThese are some of the most honest and nicest folks you will ever meet! We were in town for our son's fishing tournament and they went above and beyond help us out! We had issues with an older generation graph and they even offered a card they had on hand. Unfortunately, it was not a fix. We ordered a couple xplorer graphs and had them put on there. Give Andy and his folks a call. They are a blessing!

Dale DoggettOnly rating a 4 because my experience with them is minimal. First impression however is very good. Had a trailer tire blow out on my way to the shop, a loyal customer happened to be there and volunteered to bring me a spare and install it! If all service is like that, I may have to add several stars!

Michael RolandThese people are great! We bought a boat that they were selling for one of their customers. We had some minor issues with the boat after taking it home. Which by the way were not issues of black river's. They got the boat running great. Andy and Austin are the nicest folks I've dealt with. Nice to have good people to deal with.

Brian CrawfordHad to have some major repairs done to my trailer, they got the trailer mobile enough to get it to their shop and took care of the rest. They even stayed late to get me back on the road so I could get home that same day. If you need trailer work done this is the place to go! Thank you everyone! Highly recommend.
