Dan LehmanTroy helped me order my new door and shutters. The door came in record time and Morgan got me set up with an install date within just a couple days. The installers were polite, respectful and the very thorough. I received the faux shutters a few days later and they were installed in under an hour. All around great experience, would recommend to anyone.

Pam SmithWe had full replacement of all our windows, including transom and specialty windows. Also, we went for a complete replacement upgrade to insulated vinyl plank siding. From start to finish with Sales Consultant, Tom, Install coordinator, Morgan, and window and vinyl installation by Welington and his crew, we were so impressed by the professionalism and courtesy during the entire job. We have a beautiful "new" house now.

Charlotte AndristI recently had 16 new windows installed by Window World, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They handled the permitting process, and communication throughout the project was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, and I always knew what to expect next. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed all 16 windows in a single day, which was impressive. Carlos and his team were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship was excellent, they treated my home with respect, and they did a thorough cleanup before leaving. A window replacement project of this size is a BIG job and can be messy (and loud) during the process, but the crew managed it to the best of their ability. My only minor observation is that my existing blinds had been mounted flush inside the original window frames. With the new, improved windows, the frames extend slightly farther inward, causing the blinds to protrude about a half inch. It's really only noticeable to me, but it's something homeowners with inside-mounted blinds may want to be aware of. Overall, I'm are very pleased with the quality of the windows, the professionalism of the team, and the entire experience with Window World. I would recommend them to anyone considering window replacement.

KimWe had a warranty issue with a slider that was installed 3 years ago with window world. I called and no questions asked, the replacement was ordered. Although it took 6 months to replace due to issues with the manufacturer, replacement ultimately was flawless. Once the door came in, Drew had taken over the warranty position. She was extremely communicative and on top of the customer service aspect which I hadn’t had previously. Very impressed with the ease of installation. Plugs were needed after the installation. Drew immediately ordered them and let me know as soon as they came in to have them installed as well. Such a pleasure to have someone do what they say they’re going to do and not have to make numerous phone calls to find out status. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and promptness. Would definitely use window world again because of her.

Adriana ResendeI just had my entry door installed and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning Brad was instrumental in helping us choose the right door. He was very thorough in explaining the different kinds of doors, colors, finishes, and types of decorative glasses as well. The whole ordering process went very smoothly and the price was also great. As usual Welington’s crew did an amazing job with the installation. They were very friendly and respectful of my property. I recommend Window World of the Lowcountry 100% and look forward to doing more business with them again.
