If there was a negative raining, it would be negative 10. Special ordered a 2020 Metris Cargo, van that was over 40K with additions, part of the cost being the the interior cargo bay walls and roof liner installed by Auto Truck Group in Summerville, SC. Installation of the walls was with self drilling sheet metal screws. They drove, I don’t how many screws into the wire harness of the cargo hold. They knew they did as there was a big cluster of wires the dealer found that had been repaired with wire butt connectors. Very shoddy repair. This was found after I took delivery of my “brand new” vehicle and error messages started showing on my dash concerning the tail lights. After dealer found this and one other place Truck Auto Group did not want to take responsibility for what they had done. There are still more problems, error messages for the tail lights continue to periodically show up. I’m stuck, twisting in the wind with a defective vehicle that I don’t trust to drive any where. Buyer be aware and MAKE SURE Truck Auto Group of Summerville, SC will NOT be the upfitter doing work on your van.
