MichaelUpon check in we discovered that there were crumbs and debris on the floor of our room. After going to the front desk asking if there was a vacuum I could use, the person at the desk informed me that there was no cleaners on site at this time and that the vacuums were locked up. Thankfully he was able to get us into a different room that did not have these issues. The gym was pretty basic with some dumbbells going up to 50lb and some treadmill and elliptical machines. The breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal it was all great and the staff kept it well stocked. Very satisfied with my stay. The street in this area gets extremely busy, it would probably be best if you stayed on the same side of the highway as whatever business brought you to the area.

Elisha BrownI want to give a special thank you to Tiffany for being so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. My boyfriend’s car was unfortunately hit in a hit-and-run while we were asleep, and Tiffany walked us through the process of contacting the police department and reassured us not to fret. Although she wasn’t familiar with the camera system since it is normally handled by management, she was persistent and did everything she could to help Berkeley County PD get the footage. We truly appreciate her compassion, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond for us! SHOUTOUT TO TIFFANY 🙂
