Dawn SiegelLizzy was fantastic! A great asset to this establishment. It was our first time there and we didn’t know what we wanted because everything sounded so yummy! Lizzy answered our questions, gave us recommendations, and was very patient with a friendly smile even though it was close to closing time. She checked in on us during the meal and really cared about our experience. The food was amazing and the jam and butter bar just adds to the experience. I took some samples to go….sshhhh, don’t tell! Vicious Biscuit will definitely be in our rotation!

Stephen Combs⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Biscuits Biscuit in Nexton Plaza in Summerville, and I wanted to take a few minutes to recognize not only the quality of the food and the restaurant itself, but especially the people who made our visit so enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant made a great impression. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and very well organized. The dining area looked cared for, the service area was orderly, and you could tell that the management and staff take real pride in the way this location is operated. In today’s world, cleanliness and organization make a tremendous difference in the overall dining experience, and this location certainly gets five stars in that department. Our clerk, Olivia, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience. Olivia greeted us warmly, handled our order efficiently, answered our questions, and had the kind of pleasant personality that makes customers want to come back. Good customer service should always be recognized, and Olivia is a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She represented the restaurant extremely well. I also want to recognize Lizzie, the manager. It is obvious that good management is behind the cleanliness, organization, and positive atmosphere of this restaurant. Lizzie was friendly and professional, and you could see that she was actively involved in making sure things were running smoothly. A well-run restaurant does not happen by accident, and Lizzie deserves credit for creating an environment where both the employees and the customers appear to be well taken care of. And, of course, the food was great. Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, well prepared, and served the way it should be. The biscuits were excellent, and the quality of the meal matched the quality of the service. There is something especially enjoyable about finding a restaurant where you can get great food while also being treated like your business is genuinely appreciated. Overall, our experience at Biscuits Biscuit in Nexton Plaza was outstanding from beginning to end. Great food, a spotless and well-organized restaurant, excellent management, and exceptional customer service make this location an easy five-star recommendation. A special thank-you again to Olivia for taking such good care of us and to Lizzie for running such a professional operation. Employees like Olivia and managers like Lizzie are the reason customers remember a restaurant and choose to return. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this Nexton Plaza location to anyone looking for great food and genuinely friendly service. Five stars all the way! DJ Wild BillWhat can I say about this place. A few words come to mind. I told the wife I would walk 500 miles to eat there and she said she would walk 500 more just to get a biscuit. So that would be a thousand miles just to walk through that door. I would do it every day
