Sue CoatesWe have used and continue to use Truly Nolen’s services to rid our residence of rodents and carpenter bees. We also have a monthly rodent service that keeps the rodents at bay. Our technician, Allan McBride, is excellent in his job! He explains procedures and has great customer service skills. Allan is the best representative of the service Truly Nolen provides. L KGreat service as always from Truly Nolen. We have been customers for 20+ years and will continue to do so. The young lady, Rose, that performed our most recent termite inspection was fast efficient and went over our inspection report details thoroughly. Rose was very polite and engaging and I really appreciated that! Truly Nolen has always worked with us from the partial encapsulation of our crawl space, installation of a dehumidifier and reviewing our termite bond annually.
