Jim CoferIn town on business and found Philly Special. As someone who has spent a lot of time in Philly and in the northeast and eaten all of the great steaks, these are legit Philly Steaks. Meat was tender , seasoned great, and the cheese sauce was perfect. Customer service was awesome. The realized they missed the veg on my online order and wouldn't let me take my sandwich without it being perfect. Bacon Ranch fries were fire as well. 10/10 I'll be back when I'm back in town, which is quite often.

jalon pattersonI visited Philly Special on Friday with some coworkers, and I have to say—the Philly cheesesteaks and French fries were phenomenal. The customer service was also excellent, especially for a locally owned business. I really enjoy supporting local spots, so we came back again on Tuesday to try their specials and wings, and once again, the food did not disappoint. That said, I do want to offer some constructive feedback. Cleanliness and overall comfort could be improved. The restaurant tends to feel quite warm inside (above 70 degrees), and the carpets at both the entrance and near the register were noticeably sticky, which was a bit off-putting. I also observed a cashier handling cash while wearing the same gloves used to package food, which raises some hygiene concerns. I’m sharing this out of support, because this place has the potential to be truly outstanding in Orangeburg. With a little more attention to cleanliness and customer comfort—especially temperature control—it could easily become a top-tier local favorite.

mcdispatcher25Came across Super Philly while passing through. Super friendly staff. Food was fresh, hot, and had good flavor. Only thing that was disappointing was the size of the wings, they were tiny. I understand they can not dictate the size of the wings. But maybe in the future if they are small maybe tell the customer up front or throw in one or two extra.

Warren BeisheimSometimes the best food is where you not looking for it! My wife and I used to live in Charleston and my wife loves Philly steak subs. It took us to move out towards Orangeburg in order to find a good one. These are guys are top of the line Best Philly steak I've had in years. A lot of the Philly steak places in Charleston are dried out not these these subs are amazing!
