He made sure my car was taken care of with no hesitation after running around all morning trying to get an oil change! His customer service is a 100%! I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and law enforcement and never met someone so Sweet and Knowledgeable about his job! I give him a Kudos and a raise if I could. He's a winner Firestone please keep him and give him his Reward for such Greatness!

Ryan AllenderCJ was amazing! He went above and beyond! Made sure suspension was good. Informed me a leak in transfer case. Very knowledgeable, friendly and advising. If I could give more than 5 stars to this man (and company) I would. Would highly recommend. Good work ain’t cheap, and cheap work ain’t good! Oh, and they offer first responder discount!

Bobby PadgettI cannot praise and thank Anitra and CJ for taking care of me at Firestone Complete Autocare Orangeburg SC. I have been with them for over 6 years. Anitra takes care of me. She makes sure my cars are running top notch with the best tires I ask for. No one here is pushy with products but they always recommend what is necessary. Just finished a battery swap. Battery purchased less than 3 years ago was bad. Brand new now cost. Excellent service and always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. That is service and business we need.
