Clyde K MitchellThe best customer servuce that I ever received in the world was provided by Ms. Anitra at the Firestone Sore in Orangebug SC. Her personailty is AWESOME and makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. I am in town from Atlanta and this is my 2nd time bring my daughter's car in for service and she provided the same great customer service at that time. I watch her give each customer that approached her at the counter the same service. Her knowledge concerning what Firestone offers and her cross selling ability to provide customer full service that they may not have considered was impressive. I told her while waiting for my daughter's car that I was not use to getting such excellent service and she needs to comeback to Atlanta with me to teach her special gift of providing great customer servic to everyone with a smile.

He made sure my car was taken care of with no hesitation after running around all morning trying to get an oil change! His customer service is a 100%! I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and law enforcement and never met someone so Sweet and Knowledgeable about his job! I give him a Kudos and a raise if I could. He's a winner Firestone please keep him and give him his Reward for such Greatness!
