M ButlerMy husband and I had a great experience at NAPA Auto Supply and Equipment, 1031 John C. Calhoun Drive, Orangeburg, SC, yesterday. After an exhaustive effort searching throughout Orangeburg for the appropriate battery for our tractor, we called NAPA. During this conversation, the manager, Jay, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in providing info about batteries available at NAPA. Upon our arrival at the store, he was professional, friendly, super efficient and effective in identifying the right battery for our tractor. He also went above and beyond in explaining the warranty and features of it and provided assistance in getting it into our vehicle. We also observed Jay's professional, courteous and controlled behavior in dealing with his employees, who were also professional and friendly. Jay is definitely an asset to the NAPA organization. We highly appreciate the outstanding, friendly, and professional service that we received, definitely plan to come back for our future needs, and highly recommend this store to our family and friends.

Billy DavisI had a problem with a battery was sold the correct one according to the system but was handed a different battery size and Jay had no problems correcting the issue overall great customer service from Jay and I will definitely always check with my local Napa before anywhere else for future automotive support.

John InabinetThey didn't have what I needed, which was a certain size fuel lineThey did take the time and effort to try all they had as I had brought a fitting with me.As prices go you get what you pay for.Alot of auto stores have cheap low-end parts or high-end parts.A cheap part will get you by but it will not hold up to heat or wear and tear.I have not had any issues with their staff or parts.ive been buying from them time to time for 42 years.Glad to see them still here.Keep on going...
