David DrawdyThis is definitely the place you should go if you have any hearing issues or throat issues whatsoever. This is the place to go. Don’t ever go to Charleston ENT. They are definitely not helpful. All they wanna do is surgery and make everything worse than it was.

Reverend Shirley Simmons DoeI had a great experience for the first time visiting there. The atmosphere was good, the check in service was welcoming, friendly & expedient. Dr. Jennifer Grady, Lisa her nurse give excellent service I was well please! ❤️👍🏽 I had another visit for testing for allergies the experience was excellent, Erin the allergy testing personal was awesome she did exactly as I had done in the past but with updated equipments very knowledgeable knew her job well😊in the past I suffered with 28 allergic reactions & this time the same just dropped one & picked up another therefore I will be starting my injections again they really helped I just got tired of getting them & stopped for a while long while 🫣 now that I had sinus surgery feels much much better it's time to start again with my injections looking forward to them. Thanks everyone God Bless 🙏🏽🙌🏾👏🏾❤️👍🏾🤗🥰 I had follow up visit with Dr Grady and I had to apologize for my last follow up appointment which was in June I thought she had no compassion for her patients or maybe just me 😞 I gave her a really bad review because of the pain I went through during that time of my three follow up appointments with her and then she referred me to dr. Debbie so I just assumed she felt the same way as I did😕 but after one month of doing the rinse it was healed completely didn't feel no pain I couldn't stop apologizing to Dr Debbie to please let her know I stood still, didn't wiggle out of the seat didn't raised up & felt like kicking her 😆 Lol but I got the opportunity to tell her myself and even gave a hug 🤗 To God Be All The Glory Hallelujah In The Name And Blood Of Jesus The Christ!!! 💞🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💞I don't have to have the allergy shots if I'm doing good at this time because of the sinus surgery just continue taking my meds singular Claritin nose drops Thank You God 💞🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💞🥰🥰🥰

Mary McRaeJust the best. Everyone is helpful. They literally saved my hearing after I partially lost it from a virus. The Audiologist is very good. Savannah the PA is wonderful and smart, Dr. Kistch is amazing and the nurses and staff could not be better. I highly recommend this practice.
