Diane VictoriaWe originally rented a 16 ft truck and car dolly from Home Depot in West Ashley, through Penske, and the workers at Home Depot had no clue what they were doing and ended up messing up our whole reservation. We reached out to the managing office in Ladson and oh my gosh. We didn’t even mind the 2 day delay Home Depot put on us because every person I spoke to from the actual Penske office went above and beyond to remedy a problem they didn’t cause, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, including the insurance that Home Depot forgot to add to our reservation. They were extremely kind and their customer service was some of the best I’ve had. Definitely would rather make the drive out to Ladson if you need a rental, they take fantastic care of you. Jack, Drew, and Austin were the three who primarily helped us when we arrived, but Brandon also offered amazing solutions and was very helpful. They even checked on me when I hit my head on my tow itch 😂 Thanks again guys!
