Obviously, all boat yards can be good on a purchase but I had to sell the boat after a year and that is where Longshore excelled even more. They were so helpful and caring that it only reinforced my purchase process experience. It was more than just the general manager, Steve. Every person in that organization was fantastic…courteous, caring, professional and helpful. I have had a lifetime of transactional experiences on a personal and business basis but Long Shore Boats stand out as the best of all. This was not a solicited referral but it was well earned!

I purchased a pre-owned Robalo from them, and the entire experience has been exceptional. They have stood behind every little item I asked them to address and have truly backed the boat after the sale. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. From the sales team to the service department, management, and even the owner, (Parker, Nick, Stephen, Steven, Thomas, and Chris are just a few) everyone has been first-class. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of long after the purchase. Buying a boat is a big investment, and having a dealership you can trust makes all the difference. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned boat, I highly recommend giving Longshore Boats a visit. Thank you for making this one of the best boat buying experiences I’ve ever had!
