I visited numerous stores before coming here, and the moment I met Matt and Angela, I knew this was the store I wanted to support. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The purchase process was seamless, and the DMV paperwork was unbelievably easy. Angela handled everything and communicated with me throughout the entire process, which made it completely stress-free. On top of that, the golf cart itself was an incredible deal for what we paid. I can’t recommend Matt and Angela enough—if you’re in the market for a golf cart, make Charleston Custom Carts your first and last stop.

DJPSCMatt and Marcus are AMAZING! This was my 2nd time dealing with Charleston Custom Carts. They were so helpful in getting me into the golf cart we wanted while navigating me through a complicated trade in. Not only did they upgrade many options, Matt took the time to drive to my house to swap out a small tear in our new seats. Very impressed with their service and overall performance.

Danielle BoghosianMatt and his team are the best. We purchased our first and only cart with them in 2021 and it was the best decision we could have made. They personally recommended what cart to get and have been 100% responsive to questions and issues we had had since then. I have been in a bind (or two 🙃) before due to user error (me not charging my cart) and Matt dropped everything to show up to wherever I was and help me. I’ve had friends comment how impressed they were that they come out and do that. Lifesavers for sure. We love our Epic Cart and could not recommend this place enough!!

After having a terrible experience at another local shop ( who did not do the work they said they did and charged me for) I found Matt and he has been awesome. He took the time to truly diagnose my issue, gave a fair price, and communicates very well. You will be well taken care of here. I will not go anywhere else. They are the best in Charleston area
