Richard was here at our home today doing our termite inspection. I cannot put into words how kind and knowledgeable he was! If someone came from every company that was as kind and nice and proficient as he is, life would be wonderful! He has restored a sense that people are good and really do care in life! I’m thinking about changing our pest control back over to Terminex just so he can come here and see us every three months…that’s just how lovely he was! They are sure lucky to have him as a representative for Terminex!!!

He comes for our quarterly and yearly visits and pest control, and every visit he is professional, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Now, I look for the best of the best for our personal home. We found someone who is totally amazing. Richard with Terminix. Might be one of a kind. Terminix has been very good to us over the years and we trust them. We also believe that the company is only as good as the people they invite to join their team. I sure hope they take care of Richard because the service he provides is sought after by many. He is the most professional, thorough, particular, and kind service provider that I’ve met, maybe ever. Terminix has competitive pricing and I really like how they come quarterly for pest control and will come out more if needed. I like Terminix’s baiting stations for termite evaluation.
