Aisha HoyleRichard was here at our home today doing our termite inspection. I cannot put into words how kind and knowledgeable he was! If someone came from every company that was as kind and nice and proficient as he is, life would be wonderful! He has restored a sense that people are good and really do care in life! I’m thinking about changing our pest control back over to Terminex just so he can come here and see us every three months…that’s just how lovely he was! They are sure lucky to have him as a representative for Terminex!!!

Nancy RoettgerI have dealt with many service contractors over my Long career in real estate. I looked for the best of the best when I was helping my clients. Now, I look for the best of the best for our personal home. We found someone who is totally amazing. Richard with Terminix. Might be one of a kind. Terminix has been very good to us over the years and we trust them. We also believe that the company is only as good as the people they invite to join their team. I sure hope they take care of Richard because the service he provides is sought after by many. He is the most professional, thorough, particular, and kind service provider that I’ve met, maybe ever. We actually look forward to when he comes to our home. We feel like he is part of our ‘home team’.He knows what he’s doing. He takes care as if the were his own. He is kind, he is polite, and he knows what he’s doing. We George Washington establish can’t say enough about Richard. He is absolutely outstanding! He is very thorough and a pleasure to work with! Thanks so much, Richard! Note: I’ve been with Terminix for 19 years with pest control and termite bonding. Terminix has competitive pricing and I really like how they come quarterly for pest control and will come out more if needed. I like Terminix’s baiting stations for termite evaluation.
