T RI have been staying at this location for 7 months now and at first it seemed like a great choice. That quickly changed within a few weeks. The place brings in some of the worst people and their kids on the weekends. They are up all hours of the night yelling, drinking, pounding on doors, and making a mess of the place. The hotel staff try to keep them in check but they are just rude and mannerless. I know the police we called quite a few time which is ridiculous.If you are coming to Charleston for work and will be down here May through September, I would not recommend this facility. The trash that stays here during those months treat this place like their own personal jungle gym. They are up yelling and screaming all hours of the night, trash the place, while their kids run wild through the facility screaming and knocking on doors all night. Again, the staff tries to hold them accountable, but it appears they get no support from management. One of the biggest problems they have that I’ve witnessed is retention. It’s a shame, because they have or had some really great people working there. Demarco, Lisa, and others are absolutely awesome. The housekeeping staff are some of the best I’ve seen and they always do a great job in everything they do. The only reason I stayed as long as I have is because of the staff. FYI, after the summer is over the place does become a lot quieter now that the riffraff are no longer staying here.

L TGreat hotel very convenient to Credit One Arena for concerts. Daniel Island is beautiful. The reason for one star service is they called and harassed us to give up our room multiple times. At least 10 phone calls in 4 days. I mean heavy harassment had me on the phone for a half hour and would not give up. They would not let me talk to a manager. They threatened to give our rooms away if we weren't there by a certain time. They obviously over booked. We had booked months ahead of the concert because of location and had a confirmation number. We have stayed at this exact hotel many times in the past few years and this had never happened before.

Holly KKudos to the two men who were behind the desk this afternoon at 210 pm. I was hopelessly lost and they found where I was supposed to be on the computer and helped me find my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Certainly above and beyond.
