Bruce HawkinsI purchased my Scout 215XSF in the early stages of the pandemic (2021 model). I grew up boating and as a lifetime boater have owned several boats from runabouts to a 30' cruiser to this center console. The 215 XSF is my second Scout. It probably goes without saying that I have always been impressed with the quality of the brand! With MarineMax carrying the brand, and also being located close to the Scout Plant, I opted to purchase through the Charleston location. As with Scout boats, I was equally impressed with the level of "quality" that I received throughout the purchase process to the scheduled maintenance follow-up from the MarineMax team. From Karl Anderson (my sales Representative at the time) to the F & I Manager, to the Service Manager to the Delivery Captain (Matt Peebles, one of my favorites), the experience was a great one! I have serviced the boat at all required intervals with scheduled appointments and typically trailer it from Beaufort to Charleston for an early drop off and afternoon (same day) pick-up! The MarineMax App is awesome for this purpose and other updates! Congrats to the support crew! Bruce Hawkins
