meghan carrIt is so hard to find reliable expertise. After a few mishaps with other vendors just not showing up or responding, I made an appointment for a consult. At this point, I had about 20% hope of anyone showing up based on past experience but I had a call within an hour confirming and asking for details. Then Tony arrives early and takes his time considering matching main floor to the second floor - I am beyond impressed with the professionalism. I received a rough estimate right then and there and a formal estimate a few hours later. I paid the deposit ASAP and am so excited for my new floors! I will update after the job is complete but absolutely grateful to have found FCI!
