If I could give a negative zero to this store employee named GEORGE I would. Will not go back as long as he works there. With employee attitude like this, I am sure this place will lose business. I went in yesterday afternoon about 45 minutes before closing to purchase a 2 way light switch that I needed desperately to fix light in my house asap. I am not an electrician but figured if I could get one identical to what I had I could put everything back like it was. First of all it was 3 employees in there when I walked in door and done was busy, but was not ask if I needed any help with anything, at that time no other customers was in store and they were just standing and sitting around. After looking for the right switch, I was unsure, so I ask an employee if they knew anything about electrical and he said no but George might. Well got George and from there down hill, he looked at several different types and came up with one that “should” work, with me being afraid of electric issue and having no clue, which can cause a fire, I had a few questions about the one he gave me, I assume he didn’t like me asking questions and as he was walking off advise me to do whatever I wanted to do. First of all he might have been assisting me about 4 minutes not 40. I did take the switch, cause it was a emergency situation for me and took it to pay in which George was at checkout. I apologized if I had upset him. He then proceeded to tell me he was not going to stand there for 40 minutes and answer questions about the color of a screw, which I don’t know where he got that from. He was there about 3 minutes not 40 with me. When he made that comment it did upset me and I just was looking at him, when he come back with quote “ now who got the attitude”. At that moment I responded back by saying yes but your attitude finally bought my out. I ask if he was the new owner and he responded no I’m not the owner and I responded by with employees like you they will lose business. I know my purchase was less then $3.00, but next time it might have $300, but if I was not in need of switch so bad, I would have not purchased. Owner I would love to discuss this with you, if you choose to. Will not be going back as long as George is employed there. Glenn
