They were very detail oriented and conscientious about their work. The owner even came by to make certain we were happy with the product and their service. We think the floors look gorgeous.

Heritage beat them on price for this project while matching (if not exceeding) their level of customer service. For this particular job, our house had some unique challenges tied to the original construction, and the Heritage team went above and beyond to work through them. The floors turned out beautiful, and they kept the workspace impressively clean throughout the entire project. I would 100% recommend them.
