Judith Jadd⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Summerville! The room smelled excellent when I walked in, with a fresh, pleasant fragrance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, which made the stay even better. The location is also a major plus. It’s right next to Vicious Biscuit, which is a great spot for breakfast, and there’s plenty of shopping nearby. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. They got microwave Overall, a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Karen RobinsonI attended the Bishop's Ball on September 5, 2026 and everything was beautiful. I enjoyed the event and so did everyone else. The staff was amazing. It didn't matter what we asked for or how many times we asked, they assisted us. They were very patient and professional. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. The room was great. The food was amazing!!! I enjoyed it and so did everyone else. I would like to give a special thank you to ERUBEY!!! He is an amazing person and so very patient. He kept a very positive attitude and a smile on his face no matter how many questions we asked him. I do speak for those that were handling the decorations, we all appreciate him so very much. He went the extra mile. He is a great asset to your company!! Thanks Erubey and Hilton Garden Inn!!!!!!

Dale GriesingerThere is only one place for me to stay when I come down to Charleston, SC: the Summerville Garden Inn. I speak from experience as I have been on the road between my military and civilian careers more times than I care to count. Here they treat you like family, taking the time to know and remember you when you return. Troy and his front desk team are outstanding! The facilities always feel like a brand-new hotel. Customer service is outstanding! And when one does have an issue, it is promptly taken care of and done right the first time!
