Evan FerranteThese folks know what they’re doing. Family run and operated, this is the real deal BBQ. Very kind and inviting staff. I got a tour of the smokers and a run down on the operations. The meats are delicious, and the sauce is 10/10! I’m a huge fan of East Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce. The “zesty vinegar sauce”, they make is the most authentic, best of its kind, I’ve ever had. I hope they figure out how to mass produce it, and ship around the country. This is liquid gold! I also read through some of these reviews, and I feel like I have to point out how much this family cares and takes responsibility for what they offer. Anyone who started a restaurant a month into the pandemic and is thriving while dealing with all the hiring issues, and inflation, deserves credit where credit is due. Its not only due, but earned here!
