Joey at the front desk helped me, let me say he was amazing to work with! He gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to everyone i needed to know. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. From hand selecting lumber to the crew loading it in my truck! An all around amazing company to do business with! They even kept my wife and kids company while i picked out my lumber. I highly recommend using Berlin G Myers Lumber for all your lumber needs!

I've bought more than my fair share of the pre-cut and planed lumber here plus a few specialty tools. It's a bit pricey, but it's been worth it in the long run - the cut boards available in the front are especially helpful when I'm trying to get something done a bit quicker or when I'm on a tight schedule. Everyone here has been helpful, and I'll keep coming back as long as the wood stays in stock.

Truly outstanding customer service. I had a big window project on my home where I needed some out of the box thinking. Shannon Locklair went above and beyond to understand my needs and to work with the window company on my behalf to get what I needed. The communication was spot on every step of the way and he was able to work directly with the window company on pricing, ordering and delivery of the windows and parts I needed. Even on delivery day, they young man who brought my windows was polite and helpful. This is clearly a company that takes care of people. Thank you! And can't say enough how this type of customer service is second to none.
