This place is my hero. When moving down here from up north where I had a local Thai place I loved, I tried for so long to find an enjoyable Thai place and I tried so many other ones, including the place right next door. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere this is hands down the best in the area both flavor, and price point. Generous portions and it is owned by a very sweet family. If you’re about supporting local businesses, this is the place to spend your money. They also have a wide selection of bubble teas and other fun drinks, as well as plenty of sides and appetizers, again very fairly priced and generous portions. Their hours are fairly limited but I cannot stress this enough I don’t even bother with going to another Thai place when My Thai is closed, this place blows the rest out of the water
May 31, 2026 · Google ReviewThe best Thai food I’ve ever had! Service was fantastic and the food came out quickly. Loved it!!!
Apr 2, 2026 · Google ReviewI really like the food here, especially the pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and Thai boba tea. 1000/10 for sure.
Mar 11, 2026 · Google ReviewTried them on Uber Eats Feb 24, 2026. My daughter specifically wanted me to post a review about the terrible Bubble Tea. She said taste was just wrong, and it was as if the taro had been improperly prepared. She said the texture and flavor were bad. I tried the Tom Kha Gai, and yes the menu says 'clear broth' but I took that to mean not milky like Tom yum. Tom Kha is commonly supposed to have a hot & sour flavor profile. This was like boiled chicken and mushrooms in water. Zero flavor, spice, seasoning at all. I also tried a Stir-Fry Basil with pork and was disappointed. It was all bell peppers and no thai chili, and still lacking in Thai flavor. It also didn't have a good dice/grind and looked much more like a Chinese stir-fry than Pad Kapow.

Mar 8, 2026 · Google ReviewMany good Thai dishes on the menu. Very Small and cozy restaurant, mainly to go not to dine in but if you want, they still have some chairs and tables for you to eat quickly.

Nov 24, 2025 · Google ReviewI’ve been eyeballing this place since it’s right next door to another Thai restaurant which I found a bit interesting. However they are more carry out and fast casual focused. Since it was a late dinner for us I wanted to give this place a try. I placed and order over the phone and asked if they had any GF options since hubby has celiac. They ensured me that the pad Thai, and green curry were both GF. I also got a small cup of the Tom Yum soup. I was actually happy they had the small option because most places I’ve been to only have one size and it’s always large and around $15 or more. My total was $37 for these 3 things which I felt was very fair for Summerville. Pad Thai - 4/5 this one was on the sweeter side with some nice acidity. The noodles were just slighter cooked too much for me as I prefer it a bit more al dente. But they did a good job caramelizing the noodles and the chicken was tender. I found the flavor to be pleasant especially for being gluten free. Green curry- 4/5 flavors were there but I just needed a bit more depth and texture. It felt lighter but not in a bad way, still enjoyed it and the veggies were cooked well. Tom Yum - 4/5 I do enjoy this soup with a bit more tanginess. It did have a lighter taste and didn’t have that potent tum yum flavor I was looking for so I added a squeeze of lime to it. Still a beautiful soup and enjoyed that. The owner was very nice and told me everything is made fresh which I appreciated. It’s a small place but very cute and quaint. Kind of took me back to the small shops and restaurants I’ve been to in Bangkok, it had a homey feeling. Saw a lot of other good options on the menu, will come back again!
